PRIVACY NOTICE
1.The data controller of Your personal data is Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe) S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Poland Branch with its seat in Warsaw at pl. Trzech Krzyży 18 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Data Controller").
2.Data Controller can be contacted via the email address info@pl.icbc.com.cn, by phone at +48 22 278 8066 or in writing at the address Warszawa 00-499, pl. Trzech Krzyży 18.
3.Data controller has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted by e-mail iod@pl.icbc.com.cn, or in writing to the address of the Data controller seat with the annotation "for data protection officer".
4.Your personal data will be processed:
a.in the case of preference for employment based on an labour law - in order to perform the obligations arising from legal provisions related to the recruitment process, including in particular the Labor Code - the legal basis for processing is the legal obligation of Data Controller (Article 6 (1) letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) in connection with the provisions of the Labor Code); in order to carry out the recruitment process in the field of data not required by law - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
b.if You prefer employment based on a civil contract - the legal basis for the processing of data contained in the application documents is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). The legitimate interest is to carry out the recruitment process and select a person to conclude a cooperation agreement;
c.in order to verify your qualifications and skills and to determine the terms of cooperation - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). The legitimate interest of the Data Controller is the verification of job candidates and determining the conditions of possible cooperation with You;
d.in order to establish or pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the Data Controller - the legal basis for data processing is the Data Controller legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
5.Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Data Controller in connection with the recruitment processes, such as recruitment agencies and suppliers of IT systems and IT services.
6.Your personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area in order to achieve internal administrative purposes of the capital group to which the Data Controller belongs. The Data Controller will transfer the data subject to appropriate safeguards, including, in particular, standard contractual clauses.
7.Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the recruitment process, but no longer than for 1 year from reception, and to the extent to which the processing takes place on the basis of consent - until its withdrawal, the processing period may be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of Your personal data will be necessary to establish or pursue any claims or to defend against such claims by the Data Controller. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law.
8.The consent given may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. For evidentiary purposes, the Data Controller asks for the withdrawal of consents in writing to the address of the registered office or by e-mail.
9.You have the right to: access the data and request its rectification and deletion, the right to restrict processing, the right to transfer personal data and the right to object to data processing.
10.You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data - in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement - when You decide that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. In Poland, such a supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
11.Providing personal data is required by the Data Controller for the purposes of recruitment. The consequence of not providing this data is the inability to consider Your candidacy in the recruitment process.
