The revised MiFID Directive (Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments and amending Directive 2002/92/EC and Directive 2011/61/EU) is a set of legal provisions that were created in order to create uniform rules for the functioning of financial markets throughout the European Union. MiFID II came into force on January 3, 2018. The Directive aims to create more secure, transparent and investor-friendly financial markets in Europe. In order to ensure compliance with relevant provisions Poland Branch provides to the Clients the General Information about Conflicts of Interest Policy.
