Bilateral Loan：Operational capital loans, bridge loans and project loans.

Syndicated Loan：We arrange international syndicated loans for corporate clients　and participate in international syndicated loans initiated by other banks according to the borrowers’ demand and rating.

Overseas loans secured by domestic branches and domestic loans secured by overseas branches：We provide financing service to registered Chinese wholly owned or equity participating enterprises overseas in the event that ICBC branches or correspondent banks in China issue letters of guarantee (including standby letters of credit) in favour of us. On the other hand, we can also issue letters of guarantee (including standby letters of credit) for these enterprises in favour of ICBC operations in China which shall
provide financing service.

M&A Loan：We grant loans to the acquirer or its subsidiaries to facilitate payment in the M&A transaction, with the cash flow of the enterprise after M&A, the comprehensive profit and other legal income of the acquirer as sources for repayment.
